Returns & Cancellations
We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online mango fruit shop. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the shipping box is damaged.
Damaged Shipping Box
If you receive a damaged shipping box, please take a photo of the box and contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to file a claim and either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped and the product is still in our possession, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the order, including shipping and handling fees.
